SCHEDULING
Our courteous Relocation Consultant will price and schedule your move via telephone, fax, email, or in person.
INVENTORY
We’ll make a detailed and convenient list of all the items you intend to move.
CONFIRMATION
We will call and confirm your moving plan by phone in advance, checking off all the items and services noted in your inventory letter.
BOX DELIVERY
FlatRate sells special moving boxes and other useful packing accessories available for delivery before you move. On moving day, FlatRate will deliver all material necessary to protect your furniture with complimentary protections for lamps, electronics, mirrors/pictures, plus wardrobe boxes.
PACKING & PREPARATION
Our crew will arrive to pack your items, wrap and pack your furniture, art and electronics, and accomplish any needed crafting or disassembly. When required, we even provide special crates for plasma TV’s and wooden crates for wine.

THE MOVE
On your moving day we will deliver all material necessary for the preparation and protection of your furniture. Complimentary materials include protection for lamps, electronics, mirrors/pictures, plus wardrobe boxes. Upon assessment of your property, we will determine need for our customized packing accessories, ensuring every piece of your furniture is packaged appropriately.
Our moving teams are highly trained to move everything from book boxes to antiques, sculptures, or pianos.
We also assign a FlatRate foreman to supervise the success of your move, from finalizing documentation to maintaining contact with you throughout the transition.
QUALITY CONTROL
Our Field Manager works to ensure FlatRate's quality control standards, and will follow-up to determine whether the move has met your complete satisfaction.
